About Us

Environmental Sciences Australia was founded in 1989, to provide environmental consulting to the building and property development industry and quickly established a unique link between University and broader industry consulting. ESA developed several patents in the fields of Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ), natural ventilation and daylighting and are currently working on bringing other innovative products to market.

ESA’s philosophy is to reduce entropy by making use of as much renewable resources and energy as possible. ESA’s focus has been on developing technologies and methodologies that reduce carbon footprints while employing low cost technologies that utilise the principles of nature and science. ESA is proudly AUSTRALIAN MADE | AUSTRALIAN OWNED

ESA re-invented the roof ventilator

At ESA we developed and patented product designs that have far better ventilation than competing rotating cowl products, allowing the dual benefit of light, are structurally stronger, more watertight, have less bearing wear, improved stack flow and are aesthetically less obtrusive than the traditional rotating cowl vents.
